Good dentistry depends on seeing the problem clearly and treating it with as little discomfort as possible. These are the tools we use every day, from panoramic scans to digital X-rays, cameras inside the mouth, rotary root-canal instruments and hospital-grade sterilisation.

   Panoramic dental X-ray

   A single scan of the whole jaw, useful before implants, wisdom-tooth removal and full-mouth planning.

   A panoramic X-ray shows both jaws, the sinuses and the nerve canals in one image. We use it when we need a wider view than a small intraoral film, for example before placing an implant, removing a wisdom tooth, or checking how the adult teeth are coming through. The imaging room is on site, so you do not need to go elsewhere for the scan.

2. 02

   RVG digital intraoral X-ray

   A small sensor inside the mouth that shows a single tooth in high detail, with less wait than film.

   RVG (radiovisiography) is a digital X-ray of one or two teeth. A slim sensor sits in the mouth for a moment and the image appears on screen straight away. It is the everyday picture we use for decay between teeth, a root-canal length, or a cracked filling, so treatment can start in the same visit when it is appropriate.

3. 03

   Intraoral camera

   A tiny camera that lets you see what the dentist sees, the cracked filling, the stained groove, the gum line.

   An intraoral camera is a slim wand with a light and lens. It takes a live picture of a tooth or gum so we can show you the problem on screen, not only describe it. That makes it easier to decide together what needs doing now and what can wait.

4. 04

   Rotary endodontics

   Powered files that clean the inside of a tooth more smoothly during a root canal.

   Rotary endodontics uses a small motor and flexible nickel-titanium files to clean and shape the root canals. Compared with hand files alone, the motion is steadier and often quicker, which is one reason many root canals here can be finished in a single sitting when the tooth allows it.

5. 05

   Ultrasonic scalers

   A vibrating tip that lifts tartar from teeth and under the gums more gently than scraping by hand alone.

   Ultrasonic scalers use a fine, water-cooled tip that vibrates at a high frequency. They break up hardened plaque (tartar) on the tooth and just under the gum, which is the first step in treating bleeding or swollen gums and in a routine clean.

6. 06

   Autoclave sterilisation

   Every reusable instrument is sealed and steam-sterilised between patients.

   Reusable instruments go through ultrasonic cleaning and then an autoclave, pressurised steam that kills bacteria, viruses and spores. They are packed in sealed pouches so the set that comes to your chair is sterile. Needles, cups, gloves and suction tips are single-use.

7. 07

   Digitally equipped treatment rooms

   Seven chairs across air-conditioned rooms, with the scan or camera view on the monitor when you need it.

   Treatment happens in dedicated operatories, chair, lamp, delivery unit and a wall monitor for scans and intraoral pictures. The rooms are air-conditioned and set for the next patient after each visit. There is a quieter corner for children and a recovery bay after longer treatment.
